If an Aave price feed stops updating but keeps returning a positive number, does the protocol switch to another oracle? That question matters more to me than how many feed addresses appear in a dashboard. A lending position depends on the prices accepted for both its collateral and its debt.
How much of a $200 account is exposed when I open a $50 perpetual position? The order size alone cannot answer that. Funding changes the balance over time, and cross margin determines which other funds can support the trade.
After comparing aggregator routes, I wanted to understand what happens when I leave an order waiting. A limit order authorizes a trade at an acceptable price. It does not promise that someone will execute it when a chart touches that price. CoW Protocol makes the distinction concrete: users submit signed trade intents, and solvers compete to settle them using available liquidity. CoW Protocol overview
If I need to sell Aave collateral to repay debt, the order of operations matters. A flash loan can supply the repayment asset first, so the transaction can repay debt, withdraw collateral, sell it, and settle the temporary loan.
Printing health factor in a terminal is useful until the terminal closes or the RPC stops answering. I want the watcher to tell me when the position needs attention and when its own reads are failing.
